For those of you who do not know me, my name is Delores Vickers. I am from the midwestern portion of the U.S., in-between Milwaukee to the North and Chicago to the South, Waukegan, Illinois.
Since high school, I have had a strong desire to be an Entrepreneurand to travel around the world. I have found truth in the saying... the things you meditate on will manifest in your life... period.
I am doing both.
I have taken up residency in several states including Hawaii and had the privilege of living in the West Indies, (Barbados) .
Meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, foods and languages have always been of interest and I have as a result of embracing those interest, made friends around the world. China, Turkey, Germany, Barbados, Jamaica, Trinidad, The Netherlands and Philippines, etc.
I enjoy music, painting, theater, teaching, helping others, setting goals and working towards accomplishing them. And who ever said "Its not the destination, It's the Journey" left out a real important parrt. It's also the company you keep along the way that keeps you focused and encouraged" No one ever accomplished anything ...Alone!
The concept of Noah's Secret originated while living and working in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in the fall of 2006 one year after Katrina devastated New Orleans and other gulf states. In the fall of 2007 the company was legally established. In April of 2009 while residing in Honolulu, Hawaii, Noah's Secret was incorporated, becoming Noah's Secret Inc. In January of 2010 I moved to Georgia to establish an office that will serve the south Eastern States and Gulf coast states.
